Just some dude.
OK, so I do this writing thing professionally. For the past decade I’ve written about college football and basketball for SI.com and Sports Illustrated. In 2007, I published my first book, Bowls, Polls and Tattered Souls. However, this Web site marks my first foray into writing about non-sports topics since my senior year of college, when I wrote a highly popular and controversial (among my friends) Op-ed column for the Daily Northwestern.
I’m 33. I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I’m originally from Cincinnati. I’m a little too sarcastic for my own good. I’m a pretty mean softball pitcher and I’ll kick your ass at Wii tennis. I’m a mostly non-observant Jew, unless eating at Katz’s Deli counts. I will always drink “regular” Coke.
